Enterprise Systems
SB 272 requires public agencies to list “enterprise systems” used to store public data. The table below lists the applications and systems used to collect, store, exchange, and analyze information that is both:
- A multi-departmental system or a system that contains information collected about the public
- and a system of record (meaning that it is an original source of data within an agency)
This list is in compliance with Government Code section 6270.5 under the Public Records Act.
