The Sacramento River West Side Levee District Board of Commissioners meet every other month on the second Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. at the District office, 975 Wilson Bend Road, Grimes, California. Reclamation District No. 108 is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
